If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of chargers, wiring devices, or other electrical components, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original, unopened packaging with all tags and components intact
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Important Note:
For safety and regulatory compliance, the following electrical products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used fire safety equipment (due to potential tampering concerns)
- Custom-configured wiring devices or electrical boxes
- Power cords and extension cords with cut or damaged packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below for faster processing.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box.

Springfield, US 01105 - Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: Typically within 24 hours of processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.
Exchange Process
For exchanges of equal or greater value:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying the replacement item(s) desired
- For exchanges of greater value, you’ll be charged the difference after we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective electrical product (chargers, wall plates, timers, etc.):

- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label if needed
