All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind our professional electrical products. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging with all tags and components intact
- Must include valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Electrical Products
For safety and regulatory compliance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used fire safety equipment (due to potential tampering concerns)
- Custom-configured wiring devices or electrical boxes
- Power cords and extension cords with cut or damaged packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Follow these steps to initiate your return or exchange:

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the box.

Return Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages
- For damaged/defective items, we’ll provide a prepaid return label if needed
Refund Information
- Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days after processing (depending on your bank)

Exchange Process
- For exchanges of equal or greater value, follow the standard return process
